Step 1 - Book an appointment
We offer patients a secure and safe online consultation with registered specialist doctors with years of experience in their field.
You are able to book an appointment in two ways:
As an industry standard, you will have to do an initial one-hour consultation in full. Payment will be required when you are at the time of the booking. You may be subjected to additional fees depending on a number of factors such as if you require a prescription or if the consultation goes over the hour.
Step 2 - Attend appointment
Once you have booked a consultation with our specialists, you will receive an email to confirm your booking and a text that will have a link attached plus a secure PIN that should not be shared with anyone else from there you will have access to the consultation during the time that you have booked.
It is required that your laptop has access to a video camera and microphone, you may wear headphones if it allows better hearing but it is not mandatory. We recommend that you run a quick test to make sure that everything is okay before your consultation.
Once the call has ended you may be asked to leave feedback, we accept any feedback to help us improve our overall experience as we strive to offer the best possible psychiatry service that we can to our patients.
Step 3 - After assessment
After your consultation has finished, the doctor will take notes during the call and begin to type them up to add to your patient record which you will be able to access and completely confidential. A letter will be prepared based on your assessment and sent to you within ten working days where it will go into detail about your assessment with a diagnosis – from there you will be recommended treatment that is tailored to you and steps moving forward.
You do have the option to arrange a review appointment later to discuss this further.
